Kaohsiung Industrial Automation Exhibition is at the Center of Smart Manufacturing and Green Transformation

The Kaohsiung Industrial Automation Exhibition and the Kaohsiung International Instruments & Chemtech Expo briefing, organized by Economic Daily News, recently took place at THE LIN in Kaohsiung. The event attracted representatives from more than 200 companies, underscoring strong industry engagement and growing interest in southern Taiwan’s industrial growth and business development.

The briefing outlined key aspects of the upcoming exhibitions, including overall planning, venue layout, marketing strategy, and exhibitor services. The exhibitions are scheduled from June 3 to 6 at the Kaohsiung Exhibition Center, focusing on three central themes: smart manufacturing, AI sensing, and green processing.

This year’s event is expected to host over 200 exhibitors across more than 500 booths, covering industries including automation control, mechatronics integration, energy management, and chemical instrumentation. By connecting upstream materials, midstream equipment, and downstream applications, the exhibitions aim to provide a comprehensive, one-stop sourcing platform while showcasing integrated solutions for smart factory development and net-zero transformation.

As of early 2026. Southern Taiwan is experiencing a rapid industrial and AI infrastructure transformation. The ongoing development of key hubs including Chiayi Science Park, Ciaotou Science Park, Pingtung Science Park, along with several emerging industrial zones, has attracted significant investment and demand for advanced equipment and technologies. The exhibitions will serve as a critical platform for companies to seek advanced solutions and business opportunities amid the accelerating shifts in digitalization and intelligent manufacturing.

To maximize reach and engagement, the organizers are marketing through digital platforms, television, radio, print media, and outdoor advertising, precision targeting professional buyers and facilitating high-value business matching opportunities.

Accompanying the 80th anniversary of the Kaohsiung Hardware Association, the event will welcome large international buyers delegations from Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, the Philippines, Hong Kong, and mainland China, alongside domestic industry groups to further strengthen cross-border sourcing and collaboration.

With years of development in southern Taiwan, the Kaohsiung Automation and Instruments & Chemtech Expo has established itself as a flagship industry event. The exhibition represents an epitome of industrial transformation as AI and smart manufacturing technologies advances, along with semiconductor supply chains shift towards southern Taiwan.
